Placing an order
Once you have selected your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the details of your order. This e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received it not an acceptance of your order. Unless for some reason you decide to cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Mouillé Swimwear will be completed when we e-mail you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. For the avoidance of doubt, the contract has been concluded in London, in the English Language and is therefore governed by English law.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we do not obtain authorisation for payment; that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; or that the item ordered is out of stock.
We may refuse to process and therefore accept a certain transaction for a particular reason, or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the website at any time, whether or not that product has been sold out.
Please understand our product images reflect our products as clearly as possible. On occasion, garments may differ slightly from the images shown on the website.
Eligibility to purchase
In order to make purchases through the website, you are requested to provide your personal details. Customers must provide their real name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated.
We will not be obliged to accept an order unless all details requested have been entered correctly.
Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide your payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct. Our site is only available for use to individuals who meet our terms of eligibility and who have been issued with a valid debit/credit card by a bank acceptable to Mouillé Ltd and whose applications are acceptable to Mouillé Ltd. Mouillé Ltd reserves the right to refuse to ship multiple items to any one customer or postal address.
By making an offer to purchase Mouillé Swimwear merchandise you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and where we deem necessary, to request additional information from third parties in order to authenticate your identity and validate your credit/debit card details in order to process your order.
If you are shopping for the first time on www.mouille.co.uk your billing address must match your shipping or corporate address, as appears on the statement of your card. This is a security measure and only applies to your first purchase. Please note that checks will be carried out to ensure that your billing and shipping addresses match on your first purchase.
The prices on the product page are indicated excluding VAT. The total amount of the order including VAT and shipping is will be displayed in the shopping cart on the checkout page. For products supplied to clients within the European Community, the UK VAT rate of 20% is applied. Clients based in countries outside of the European Community will not be charged VAT.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. Mouillé Ltd is not responsible for any delays on goods that have been held back as a result of procedures carried out by your local customs authorities.
Mouillé Ltd will occasionally run sales and promotions. Only on request by the client will Mouillé Ltd offer a Sale Price Adjustment on items purchased up to 3 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Please note that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before an adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved sale price adjustments will be created in the form of a store credit, which will be valid for 6 months and can be redeemed by contacting our sales team directly either by phone on +91 9818506645 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Mouillé Ltd will not offer a price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or any other promotion that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted price or sale, no price adjustment will be offered should a further sale or price reduction follow.

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro debit cards, and via Paypal. Debit and credit card payments are processed via Sage Pay, a secure payment gateway provider. For more information on Sage Pay, please refer to www.sagepay.com . PayPal is an online payment processing company widely used on the Internet to facilitate sales transactions, including credit card payments. When you proceed with making your online purchase and you select PayPal as a method of payment you will be transferred to the PayPal site where your transaction will be processed. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of an order acknowledgement email. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Mouillé Ltd, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Mouillé Ltd’s website and online shop is hosted by 123-reg.co.uk. Www.mouille.co.uk includes an extended SSL Certificate used by the store shopping cart. In addition, 123-reg.co.uk e-commerce hosting is Level 1 PCI Compliant.
Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Via e-mail & bank transfer
Orders can also be placed by e-mailing us with your desired order to email@example.com upon which you will asked to send your full details such as all your personal, billing and shipping details for an invoice to be generated and sent back to you via e-mail. Once the invoice is generated you will be sent an electronic PDF invoice. Following the payment instructions you will be guided to make a secure bank transfer to the stated account details. Please note that if you are a first time buyer, your billing address will need to match your shipping address for your order to be accepted. Your order is only considered confirmed once you receive a payment confirmation and shipping details from our side. Goods will only be dispatched on receipt of the funds.
Promotion codes & debit notes
Promotion codes are non-transferrable and there are no cash alternatives. If provided, they must be redeemed by the date published. Credit notes are non-cash transferrable and must also be used within the allocated period either by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us directly at +91 9818506645 (international calling rates apply).
PACKAGING, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Mouillé aims to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment details – excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. If a particular product is not in stock, sold out or you require a special item (ex: for pre & post mastectomy patients we can do alternative straps for our asymmetric styles or provide the option for a removable cup etc) we can make it exclusively for you however production and dispatch duration is up to our discretion and will be known to you once we have received your order and send you a confirmation e-mail and invoice. Please note our current warehouse is in Delhi, India. All items (unless in the UK or certain parts of Europe) will be sent from our warehouse and have been thoroughly quality checked prior to dispatch. Most UK orders (unless a custom-made order) will be dispatched from our office/warehouse in London, United Kingdom.
To offer you the most secure and efficient service we have chosen DHL for UK and rest of Europe deliveries. DHL will also be used for deliveries going to the USA, Canada, Ukraine, Russia and Asia – Southeast Asia. As soon as your order has left our warehouse you will receive a dispatch confirmation with the tracking number (Air Waybill) from the relevant delivery company, this will also include details on how to track your order. Please note that these services might not be available during the festive and pre-festive days. Also note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Mouillé is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Mouillé insures each purchase for the time it is in transit only. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is passed to you.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, or the delivered product does not match with your specifications, or you find a manufacturing defect you have the right to cancel your order provided you give us a written notice within 7 working days of receipt. This 7 days period starts from the date the goods have been signed for. The notice of contract cancellation must be given in writing, stating your full name, order ID and reason for cancellation as subject reference to firstname.lastname@example.org and also by post to:

We will issue you with a refund for your order excluding shipping costs. In return, you must return the product(s) to us in a new and unused condition, with the original label and tags and in the original bag and packaging. Shipping/postage costs to send back goods are charged to the customer. Please ensure that you use a courier or a registered service to send back goods and we suggest that you insure the goods as they are within your care and you are liable for any damages to the goods while in transit back to us. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of return, such as a postal receipt or consignment note. We cannot be held responsible for garments lost in transit.
Mouillé Ltd will contact you via e-mail or phone within 48 hours (with the exception of weekends and public holidays) of receipt of the returned goods. A refund (less shipping costs) will be issued subject to the returned goods meeting the conditions listed in the paragraph above. If you have paid via Paypal, any transactional charges that might apply will not be refunded as these charges are levied by Paypal and not Mouillé Ltd.
For hygiene reasons we will not accept returns on garments that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition or which have hygiene seals removed

Exchanges & Credit Notes
Should you wish to exchange your order for a different size and/or product(s) or be issued with a credit note, we will send you an Exchange/Credit Form that will be sent along with your e-mail reply. A written notice of an exchange/credit note must be received by post or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of your order.
A representative from Mouillé Ltd will be in contact with you within 48 hours of receipt (with the exception of weekends and public holidays) of your returned order. Shipping costs to send back/receive goods are charged to the customer. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Should a particular product be out of stock, our studio may be able to make this for you and you will be contacted with exact details. Should you opt for a credit note, you will receive an email confirming the amount of credit you have with Mouillé Ltd. The credit is valid for a total of 6 months from the date of receipt and may be redeemed on any Mouillé product by emailing your request to email@example.com or by contacting the studio manager at +91 9818506645. If the value of the credit is greater than the total cost of a new transaction, the outstanding credit will be retained for future redemption. Credit notes may be used in conjunction with other forms of payment in order to fulfil an order of greater value than the credit amount.
By placing an order with us you consent to your card/bank details being shared with our secure payment partners Sage Pay, American Express and Paypal so that your payment transaction is processed. Similarly you consent to your telephone number and shipping address being shared with Royal Mail or DHL for UK deliveries and our nominate couriers DHL and/or TNT International for fast track and/or international deliveries so that your order can be delivered, and you can be contacted by telephone on any matter regarding the status of your order(s). We accept no liability on behalf of our payment partners or couriers.
When you subscribe to our newsletter you are agreeing to us contacting you via e-mail with details on new products, collections, features, sample sales, special offers, contests, events of interest and promotions.
At all times, we will offer you the opportunity to unsubscribe out of any service or update to which you have subscribed, if you change your mind. Any e-mail we send you will contain an easy automated unsubscribe link so that you can opt-out of that particular service.
